30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to initiate a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Your item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Your item must be in its original packaging with all original tags attached.
  • You must have the receipt or proof of purchase (e.g., order number).

Items not eligible for return include:

  • Gift cards.
  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, newspapers, magazines).
  • Intimate or sanitary goods (e.g., underwear, swimwear, certain health and personal care items).
  • Customized or personalized products.
  • Downloadable software products.

How to Start a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Send an email to [email protected]. Please include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  2. Wait for Authorization: Our team at Moe Turner will review your request and provide you with instructions on how to proceed, including a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) if required.
  3. Package Your Item: Carefully package the item(s) in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and it is securely protected for shipping. Include any return authorization provided.
  4. Ship Your Item: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Please do not send your item back to the manufacturer or to our physical address without prior authorization. Any items returned without an approved return request may not be processed.

Inspection and Approval

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you via email that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the item’s condition.

Refunds

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Refund Processing Time: Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement. The actual time for the refund to post to your account may vary depending on your bank or payment processor.

Original shipping fees paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable, unless the return is a result of our error (e.g., you received a defective or incorrect item).

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange an item for the same item due to a defect or damage, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with details and photographic evidence.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You must notify us of any damaged or incorrect items within 3 days of receiving your order.

In cases of damaged or incorrect items, Moe Turner (calventrix.top) will cover the return shipping costs or arrange for a suitable resolution.
