Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Please note that during peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly extended. We appreciate your patience.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer several shipping options to meet your needs:

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5-8 business days.
  • Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery within 2-4 business days.
  • Overnight Shipping: Estimated delivery within 1-2 business days.

Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather conditions, carrier delays, or customs procedures for international orders.

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Standard Shipping:
    • Orders under $50: $5.99
    • Orders $50 and over: FREE
  • Expedited Shipping: $15.00
  • Overnight Shipping: $35.00

All shipping costs are non-refundable.

International Shipping

We are pleased to offer international shipping to a selection of countries, including the United States (US) and European Union (EU) member states.

  • International Shipping Costs: Calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight/size.
  • Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Moe Turner (calventrix.top) is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
  • International Delivery Times: Can vary significantly depending on the destination and customs processing. Please allow 7-21 business days for international standard shipping. Expedited options may be available at checkout.

Tracking Your Order

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If you haven’t received your order within 10 business days for domestic shipments or 25 business days for international shipments of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at [email protected] with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

If you received your order damaged, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with your order number and photos of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
